You are responsible for what you write. Do not post content you do not have the right to share, and do not include sensitive personal details — yours or anyone else's — in a public post. Posts are automatically scanned for contact details; flagged items are reviewed privately by moderators and may be redacted.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone.
• Impersonate another person or post about encounters that did not happen.
• Post sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content.
• Use the site for spam, advertising, scams, or commercial solicitation.
• Attempt to scrape, overload, or interfere with the site's operation.

Moderators may review reported posts, replies, and private messages, remove content that breaks these rules, and redact contact details flagged by our automated scans. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You can report any post, reply, or conversation, and block other members at any time. Reports and moderation actions are handled privately.

Private messages are visible only to their participants and, when a report is filed, to moderators reviewing that report. Never share financial information, passwords, or anything you would not want a moderator to see in an abuse review.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find the person you are looking for, that content will be accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. You use the site at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety when contacting or meeting anyone.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Another Chance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from content posted by other users.
